On March 7th and 8th the Tucson Garden Railway Society is marking the 22nd year it has hosted
a truly amazing adventure for the young - and the young at heart. The annual Rails in the Garden
self-guided tour is a celebration of the fusion between nature and railroading.

That is when members of the Society open their train layouts to the general public to allow others
to share their passion. Most of the layouts on the tour are open both days from 10am until 4pm,
except Gadsden-Pacific (layout 5) which is only open on Sunday.
Visit some or all of the 10 garden railroads throughout the Tucson area on a self-guided tour.
There is no charge to visit any of the layouts on this year's tour.
Cash donations to support the Community Food Bank are accepted at each site.
Note - For the most part, these layouts are at private homes
and, therefore, public restrooms are usually not available.
