Tucson Garden Railway Society has existed since 1994. During that time there have been many articles published describing the club's activities. Fortunately TGRS has had an "historian" for most of that time. Newspaper articles, press releases, television videos, etc. have all been collected over the years. Althought this is definitely not a complete sample of the information that the club has generated, it represents a great part of it. As we continue to "modernize" these articles by creating digital copies of them, we will add additional pages or "groups" of articles to this section of our web site. We recommend that you check back occassionaly to see what additions have been made since your last visit.

• John Coinman, a world famous singer and songwriter, was also a founding member of
  Kevin Costner's "Modern West" band. In January 2020 John filmed a video for one of his
  own songs around the train layout that we built and maintain at the Tucson Botanical Gardens.
