Tucson Rodeo Parade Museum

We were contacted by the Tucson Rodeo Parade Committee and asked about building them a layout at their museum. They were very specific in that they wanted it to represent Tucson in the 1880s. We agreed to create them a design for review. When we showed them what we envisioned they were very enthusiastic. We created a project team and began the process of gathering the necessary materials. One of the design elements was a "tent city" representing the type of temporary housing that was available in Tucson at that time. This is the only tent city we have created and it took some imaginative design to be able to bring it to life. Once the design was completed, the wood "frames" for the tents were built. Then the material was layed out and cut. Finally we enlisted several club members and assembled the entire city over the course of 2 days.
